The metallic like R-T behavior of Sb-doped ZnO nanowire
The Sb-doped ZnO nanowires have been spread onto the pre-patterned SiO2 substrates for the investigation of intrinsic properties. With the using of Al electrodes, the linear I-V curves indicate that the ohmic contact has been achieved. Furthermore, the temperature dependent zero-bias-resistance (TDZBR) has shown a metallic like behavior, namely the resistance is reducing as the temperature decreased. In addition, the back-gate didn’t work, so the top-gate is necessary to distinguish the role of carriers.
